Check Amp draws

• makes sure motors, and compressor are operating and drawing the correct power

Check Temperature Split

• checks incoming and outgoing temperature to make sure the system is cooling properly

Check Drains

• clear drain to keep system draining properly

Check Refrigerant Pressure

• makes sure your system is properly charged and cooling optimally

Rinse Condenser

• removes debris such as grass clippings and dust to keep system running optimally

Heat Pump

• heating is typically the same Maintenace as cooling, in addition to checking the backup emergency heat.

Furnace

  • keeps the sensor clean to let the system know that it is heating.

• Check Inducer Motor and Vent

  • Makes sure system is expelling harmful gasses outside the home
